Terms and Conditions

Appointments and Cancellation:

Appointments require a 25% deposit.
Appointments cancelled 48 hours or more no fee will be charged.
Less than 48 hours a 25% charge will be applied.
Less that 24 hours 50% charge applied.
No show full amount of groom charged and is payable before another appointment is given.

Health Conditions

Dogs in season, pregnant or recently given birth will not be groomed.

Any health concerns must be disclosed prior to grooming.

We reserve the right to to stop the groom if the dog is unwell or poses a risk to the groomer.

Flea Treatment

In the event of fleas there will be an additional charge on top of the full groom price of £50.

If fleas are found during the groom, your dog will be dried off with a chamois to absorbed the water and will not be dried with blaster or dryer.

You must pick up your dog promptly, as we have to avoid spreading of parasites and we have to flea bomb the premises before we accept other dogs.

Collection and Fees

Dogs must collected at the agreed pickup time after grooming.

Late pickups may incur an additional charge.

Treatment of Equipment

Damages to grooming equipment due to pet behaviour will be charged to the owner.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the groom.

Safety Measures

As I am a Fear Free Groomer I do my utmost to avoid restraints and muzzles.

If the dog poses a threat to itself or to me then I will only use restraints as a last resort.

Communication

Owners will be notified of any issues or concerns during the grooming process.
